Call For Papers/Panels
Paper/Panel proposals

We welcome submissions from both senior and junior scholars (including advanced doctoral students) as well as interested practitioners. Panel proposals with 3-4 papers under related topics/themes are welcome. Panel proposals should include: the name of panel organizer, panel title, an abstract of up to 250 words, and information on the individual papers (see below).

Proposals for individual papers should include:

    • Title of the paper
    • Author’s name, institutional affiliation (if any), and email address
    • Abstract of up to 250 words
    • 3-5 keywords

Individual papers or panel proposals should be sent to by 1 August 2018. Successful applicants will be notified in September 2018. The files should be in Microsoft Word format (File name: Author’s Surname_Given Name.doc, e.g. Smith_John.docx) with 12-point font, single-spaced. A sample template can be downloaded here.

All participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Poster proposals

We plan to organize a young scholars’ poster session for master or doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers who completed the doctoral degree within the past five years. The poster session will be a forum for exchange of ideas, recent research results and experiences, and active dialogue between senior and junior scholars.

Proposals for posters should follow the same format and deadline as paper proposals. If you would like to submit your abstract as a poster proposal, please indicate so clearly in your email.

We look forward to receiving your proposals!
